RTE MP Admission 2024-25 Online Date, Age Limit, School List

Madhya Pradesh RTE portal is a free of cost Right to Education portal for students to get admission in various government recognize private school in the state. Madhya Pradesh State student education portal 2.0 is official portal for EWS students to get admission is various private schools in Madhya Pradesh. Students just have to register themselves on the portal and they will get list of state schools in the state. The official applications on the portal starts in month February 23 2024 and end in the month 29^th May 2024.

About RTE portal

Right To Education Act was passed in the year 2009 by the national legislature. Under this act all the children from age 6 to 14 under act 21A of the constitution get free and compulsory education. Act came into force in 2010. Under this act 25% of seats in schools are reserved for under privilege children.

There are total 8 states that have their separate RTE Mp portal to facilitate admissions in private schools. These states are  Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Karnataka and UP.

RTE Portal Madhya Pradesh

Madhya Pradesh announces commencement of admissions 2024 on its RTE portal. Admissions start from February 26 to March 5, 2024. This portal is designed by MPSEDC (MP State Electronics Development Corporation). It is managed by School Education Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Students from lower income families can register themselves on the portal. They select the list of schools they want to apply for and get seat. There are maximum 5 schools they can apply to. Children between the age of 6 and 14 are eligible to get register.

RTE Portal Online Lottery application 2024

Every year MP government starts online application for free education of children in private schools. Children between the age of 6 and 14 from economically weaker classes can register themselves. The can select upto 5 schools and get a chance to study in any one of schools for free. There are 25% of seats reserved in private schools for under privileged students. The schools can fill those up themselves or get them filled through government schemes.

Selected students get notification on their registered mobile number. Further formalities shall be notified by the schools.

Important dates

 

Eligibility for RTE MP lottery 2.0 admissions

• Child must be between age of 3-5 years
• Must be a resident of Madhya Pradesh
• Must belong to EWS (Economically Weaker Sections). Annual Income below 1 lakh rupees.
• Admission required in KG or class 1 only.

EWS include:

• अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, विमुक्त जाति के लिए राशन कार्ड, जाति प्रमाण पत्र, वनभूमि के पट्टाधारी परिवार
• निःशक्तता वाले बच्चों के लिए 40 प्रतिशत से अधिक निःशक्तता का चिकित्सीय प्रमाण पत्र या उपरोक्त सभी के लिए किसी अन्य शासकीय दस्तावेज में दर्ज जानकारी के आधार पर प्रवेश।
• कमजोर वर्ग के लिए बी.पी.एल. कार्ड मान्य।
• महिला एवं बाल विकास अधिकारी द्वारा पंजीकृत अनाथ बच्चे|
• HIV ग्रस्त केटेगरी का है तो जिला मेडिकल वोर्ड द्वारा जारी प्रमाण पत्र|
• कोविड-19 से माता-पिता/अभिभावक की मृत्यु के कारण अनाथ बच्चे|

2. Birth Certificate
3. Caste Certificate/ EWS certificate/Death certificate of parent(s)
4. BPL card
5. Domicile Certificate

Process for Application in MP RTE admission lottery 2.0

1. Go to official website of rteportal.mp.gov.in.
2. In the box ‘School’ select 1^st option to find available seats in nearby ward.
3. Fill in your ward and class (Nursery, 1^st). List of nearby schools shall appear. Note the ‘School codes’ of schools that you want admission in.
4. Go back on the official page
5. click on ‘आवेदन पंजीयन’.
6. Enter your mobile number and captcha code. Enter OTP. Page for application appears.
7. Read instructions given above form
8. Enter Samagra ID of child and your family id. Further, details of city and district gets filled automatically.
9. Fill the star mark boxes like Name of child, gender, caste, father’s name, mother’s name.
10. Select quota name under which you want admission.
11. Enter certificate number of the quota you mention above.
12. Select class of admission, school code etc. Choose minimum 3 and maximum 10 schools. First preference is to schools that are nearest. So, choose schools that are in your ward first.
13. Fill details of residential area like name of district, Block.
14. Upload a picture of child in JPG/JPEG/PNG format.
15. Also post picture of the certificate of quota under which admission is sought.
16. Click on submit and your application is now sent.
17. Dates to make corrections on portal is announced. To change in information you can follow same steps.

एमपी आरटीई प्रवेश लॉटरी 2.0 में आवेदन की प्रक्रिया

1. आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाएं
2. पास के वार्ड में उपलब्ध सीटें खोजने के लिए ‘स्कूल’ नामक बॉक्स में पहला विकल्प चुनें।
3. अपना वार्ड और कक्षा (नर्सरी, प्रथम) भरें। आस-पास के स्कूलों की सूची दिखाई देगी। जिन स्कूलों में आप प्रवेश चाहते हैं उनके ‘स्कूल कोड’ नोट करें।
4. आधिकारिक पेज पर वापस जाएं
5. ‘आवेदन पंजीकरण’ पर क्लिक करें
6. अपना मोबाइल नंबर और कैप्चा कोड दर्ज करें। प्राप्त ओटीपी दर्ज करें। आवेदन के लिए पेज दिखाई देगा।
7. ऊपर दिए गए फॉर्म में दिए गए निर्देश पढ़ें
8. बच्चे की समग्र आईडी और अपनी पारिवारिक आईडी दर्ज करें। शहर और जिले का अधिक विवरण स्वचालित रूप से भर जाएगा।
9. बच्चे का नाम, लिंग, जाति, पिता का नाम, माता का नाम जैसे तारांकित बक्सों को भरें।
10. उस कोटा नाम का चयन करें जिसके तहत आप प्रवेश चाहते हैं।
11. आपके द्वारा ऊपर उल्लिखित कोटा का प्रमाणपत्र क्रमांक दर्ज करें।
12. प्रवेश की कक्षा, स्कूल कोड आदि चुनें। न्यूनतम 3 और अधिकतम 10 स्कूल चुनें। सबसे पहले उन स्कूलों को प्राथमिकता दी जाती है जो निकटतम हों। इसलिए सबसे पहले ऐसे स्कूल चुनें जो आपके वार्ड में हों।
13. आवासीय क्षेत्र का विवरण जैसे जिले, ब्लॉक का नाम भरें।
14. बच्चे की तस्वीर JPG/JPEG/PNG फॉर्मेट में अपलोड करें।
15. उस कोटा के प्रमाण पत्र की तस्वीर भी पोस्ट करें जिसके तहत प्रवेश मांगा गया है।
16. सबमिट पर क्लिक करें और आपका आवेदन अब भेज दिया गया है।
17. सुधार करने की तारीखें पोर्टल पर घोषित की जाएंगी। जानकारी में बदलाव के लिए आप उन्हीं चरणों का पालन कर सकते हैं।
