Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) open applications for Student Bus Pass for students of primary schools to colleges who travel frequently within state. There are around 12 types of Bus passes available for citizens of Telangana like Journalists, Dialysis patients, physically challenged, spouses of Martyrs and Freedom fighters  etc. Now the students of Class 6 to college in the institutions of Telangana can apply for Bus Passes.

This service is aimed at facilitating easy and cash free  daily travel for students. Rather then buying tickets everyday and carrying money for change, it is easier for them to buy a Bus Pass and pay all the fee at once online. About Tsrtc Student Bus Pass

Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) operates many buses local routes every day. People from various sections of society rely on this service for their livelihood. Some of these people include employes, tourists, patients, and most importantly students. Therefore to facilitate this section of society, TSRTC start Student Bus Pass service which offers cashless and concessional travel cost for students. There are various types of student passes available for students ranging from class 6^th to college. Students can choose from the duration and rates of passes based on their needs. Students of border cities who study in institutions within state can also apply for TSRTC student bus passes.

Eligibility for TSRTC Student Bus Pass

• Citizenship– Indian Citizens who are enrolled with any recognised educational institution can apply for TSRTC Bus pass.
• Age– Students who are atleast in primary School or above can apply for TSRTC Bus pass.  Maximum age criteria pf student to apply for TSRTC Student Bus Pass is 35 years. 
• Educational Qualification– According to TSRTC students of primary school, High School and College/Diploma etc. can apply for TSRTC Student Bus Pass.

4.	Exclusive trips to special schools / colleges	TSRTC will start special routes to colleges and schools where number of students utilizing the facility is atleast 65 or more. Available in both cities and rural.

How to apply for TSRTC Student Bus pass?

1. Visit official website of TSRTC i.e online.tsrtcpass.in
2. Click on ‘Hyd City, Greater Hyd & Surrounding Districts Passes (Students/General Commuter/NGO)’.
3. Select the type of student passes then click ‘Apply’.
4. Fill TSRTC student pass application form.
5. Enter your student details like name, D.O.B, age etc. Upload your passport size photograph. Fill residential address, School details.
6. Pay Student pass fee with your suitable mode.
7. Enter route details, enter name of the centre you want to collect your TSRTC Bus pass from.
8. Enter captcha and click on submit.
9. Check status of your TSRTC Bus Pass application by logging in and clicking on Application status.
10. When pass is successful reach the TSRTC bus pass collection centre.
