BGIS Registration 2024 open- Battlegrounds Mobile India Series(New Update Release)
KRAFTON India E-SPORTS announce its most awaited event of the year called BATTLE GROUNDS MOBILE INDIA SERIES (BGIS). This is based on multiplayer format of PUBG and invites players from all over the country to play it in house. BGIS registration 2024 start from March 19 2024. It’s a Team player game with minimum 4 members and a captain. There will total 256 teams participating in the qualifier round ‘TheGrind’. Then the TOP 64 teams move on to the ultimate BGIS 2024 that is going to take place on 2nd May.
The total prize money set for the competition is Rs 2 Crore. The winning team a.k.a Champions get Rs 60,00,000 and the first and second runner ups get Rs 30,00,000 and 20,00,000 respectively .Participants who want to register have to fulfil some minimum requirements like age, teams members, ranking etc to get accepted for qualifier rounds. The player should not less than 16 years old or more than 18 years old. The teams should maintain 4 members at all times.
KRAFTON India is the organising and registration partner. It handles the players registration, selection and all the other management on ground level. BGIS2024 registrations open on KRAFTON, interested applicants can apply on the official website of KRAFTON India and get themselves registered.

Age- Minimum 16 years old and maximum 18years old
Nationality– Indian
Ranking requirements- All players on a Team’s roster must have held a ranking for BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA of a level 25 and above Platinum V Tier, at the time of registration ends for any Official Competition.
Notes- a) A Team Member is only allowed to compete or work for the one Team that they have an agreement with.
Process of Player Registration for BGIS 2024
- Go to official website of KRAFTON i.e esports.battlegroundsmobileindia.com
- Click on Login/Register icon on the top right corner of screen.
- Enter your email and verify it with the OTP received.
- Fill in your details like name, date of birth, mobile number, PUBG username etc.
- Verification of player includes entering the Adhaar Card details and then uploading its images. Click on proceed.
- In-Game ID verification takes place. Upload screenshot of the basic information tab (in BGMI game profile) and add details like in-game ID, user name and your location.
- Click on ‘complete registration’.
Roster requirements for BGIS 2024
- Team Members– Each team must maintain a minimum of 4 members in their teams at all times. They have an option of adding 2 more members as substitutes. Maximum numbers of members a team can have is only 6. A player is eligible for emergency roster change if she/he has not played for a different team in the qualification tournament or league for the upcoming Official Tournament. The team roster cannot changed except in emergency situations.
- Team Captain– Each team must designate one player as their ‘Captain’ during registration. The Team Captain will responsible for all Team communications with Tournament Officials.
- Team Manager– Each Team must maintain and keep under contract, at all times during an Official Competition, one person who will act as the Team’s manager (“Team Manager”). The Team Manager will designated when the Team completes the online registration process and will responsible for all logistical and operational communications between KRAFTON and the Owners of such Team.
- Team player’s Name-A player’s gamer tag or in-game nickname (“Gamer Tags”) must consist of the player’s Team Name (or acronym or the other word representative of the Team name) and the player name in the format of “TEAMNAMEPLAYERNAME”. For example, a player name “Lucky” on team “All Stars” might have the Gamer Tag “ASLucky”. Neither a Team’s name nor its logo may include any word or phrase in any language that is considered offensive, toxic or hurtful at the sole discretion of the Tournament Operator or KRAFTON

1. The GRIND-
In The Grind, 256 teams will invited and grouped into 16 groups. Each group will play 3 matches in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, based on the overall standings, the 256 teams will grouped into 16 teams again. These 16 teams play 3 matches for the next 2 weeks. The Top 64 teams based on the cumulative overall standings of the 4 weeks will qualify for the BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA SERIES 2024 in the following rounds,

BGIS player Equipment information
- Player Equipment- players must participate only on mobile phones or approved handheld devices. Players may not use peripheral devices of any kind without explicit written approval of Tournament Officials. Players may not use an emulator to play on a PC or other device that is not a handheld device.
- In-Game Apparel-After a player leaves, his/her avatar must remain fully clothed for the remainder of the match. Clothing exchanges for cosmetic purposes or comic effect are not allow inside the game.
