How to Apply for Cbse Class 10 Revaluation ( Rechecking, Verification Process ) 2024
On May 13, 2024 Monday CBSE release class 10th results on its official website. The results got out along with CBSE Class 12th results 2024. In 2024, total 20, 95, 467 students appear for CBSE class 10th exam. The pass percentage of class 10 CBSE session 2023-24 stands at 93.06%. Students from CBSE class 10 session 2024 can go to official website of CBSE to check their results. They can check their results on SMS or on voice call.
Students who are not satisfied with their CBSE Class 10th 2024 can apply for re-evaluation and photocopy of answer sheets. Those who are not pass in any one or all of the subject can apply for compartment or improvement exam when notification releases. Class 10th CBSE students can apply for revaluation/verification of marks from 20 May 2024. Students who apply for revaluation must apply for obtaining photocopy of answerbook which starts on 4 June 2024.
Eligibility for CBSE verification/revaluation/improvement exam
- Students who sit in current year CBSE Class 10th final exams.
- The students is not satisfied with the marks they get.
- Students want to reverify their marks or simply want a photocopy of their answer sheet.
Options available to students after CBSE Class 12 exam results

| 2. | Obtaining photocopy of answersheet | This is simply a request for downloading a photocopy of their original answer sheet. Students who apply for CBSE Verification will need a photocopy of the same subject first. There is no change in marks of student. |
| 3 | Revaluation | Revaluation is the option where the authorities re assess the answers of the student in detail to justify the marks they got. This includes both re-assessing and re-calculation of marks of the students. This may lead to an increase or decrease in marks |
| 4. | Compartment exam application | When students are not able to score above the minimum passing percentage then they get a chance to apply for CBSE Compartment exam. They re-take the exam of particular subject they fail in or in all the subjects if they score below passing marks in all subjects. This is generally leads to an increase in marks of students. |

- Visit the application portal of CBSE.
- Click on the “Apply for Revaluation“/”Apply for verification” option on the homepage.
- Select the “Apply Online” option on the new page.
- Enter all the necessary details and follow the instructions and proceed to the fee payment.
- Complete the CBSE revaluation application process and check the application status on the same website.
- Pay Application fee for revaluation/verification through online mode.
How to apply for CBSE Class 10 photocopy of answesheets?
- Visit official portal for CBSE and proceed to the Main Website. i.e cbseit.in/cbse/web/rchk/reeval.aspx
- Look for “Apply for Answerbook” in “Latest Updates” section.
- The online application form will open to fill in all the details correctly.
- After entering all the details, click on the “Submit” button.
- Pay the CBSE answerbook application fees.
