Who Qualifies for the Canada Child Benefit ?

Criteria for Eligibility :

  1. Child’s Residence : You live with a child under 18 years of age.
  2. Primary Caregiver : You are primarily responsible for the child’s care and upbringing.

  3. Residency : You are a resident of Canada for tax purposes, or your spouse or common-law partner meets certain criteria:
