India Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB) is a bank that is part of the Department of Post under the Ministry of Communications. It is fully owned by the Government of India and is spread across the entire country. IPPB plans to use all of India’s 1,55,015 post offices and 3 lakh Postmen and Gramin Dak Sewaks (GDS) to offer banking services at people’s doorsteps. This bank is leading a new era in banking and financial education, aiming to create the biggest banking network in India, reaching every corner of the country.

Selection Process for Indian Post Recruitment :
- Selection is based on marks obtained in graduation/Group Discussion/Personal Interview or solely on graduation/MBA (Mktg./Sales) marks and/or online test/Group Discussion.
- Meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee participation in Interview/Group Discussion or Online Test.
- In case of tied scores, merit order is determined by candidates’ dates of birth.
- IPPB reserves the right to call only the necessary number of candidates for Assessment / Interview / Group Discussion or Online Test after preliminary screening.
- Results of qualified candidates and final select list will published on the website.
Application Fee / Intimation Charges (Non-Refundable)
- SC / ST / PWD (Only Intimation charges) : INR 150.00 (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Only)
- For all others : INR 750.00 (Rupees Seven Hundred fifty Only)
- Candidates should verify their eligibility before paying the fees or applying online.
- Once an application is submitted, it cannot withdrawn, and the fee paid will not refunded under any circumstances.

Pay and allowances :
- The Bank provides a monthly lump sum payment of ₹30,000 (thirty thousand rupees) inclusive of statutory deductions.
- Tax deductions will adhere to the provisions of the Income Tax Act, incorporating any amendments.
- Annual increments in the lump sum payment and incentives are contingent upon performance in business acquisition/sales activities, as determined by the Competent Authority.
- No additional pay, allowances, bonuses, etc., beyond those specified, will disbursed.
Job Description :
- Achieving monthly revenue targets through direct sales of the Bank’s products.
- Supporting in organizing customer acquisition events and running campaigns in the branch/office area to enhance financial literacy.
- Conducting periodic training and education sessions for GDS on IPPB products and services.
- Collaborating seamlessly with DoP Inspectors (Sub-division) and Postmasters to promote IPPB and third-party sales.
- Assisting GDS in acquiring new customers for IPPB and its Partner Organizations and supporting IPPB Manager in Operations.
- Acquiring, developing, and retaining customer relationships through organizing events and campaigns to boost financial literacy.
- Developing and managing strategic relationships with channel partners to drive sales and disseminate marketing information, events, training, and promotions to meet the Bank’s business goals.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the Bank from time to time.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria :
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. (Candidates with MBA in Sales/Marketing will given preference.)
- Post Qualification Work Experience: Freshers are welcome. (Prior experience in sales/operations of financial products is desirable.)
Contract Duration :
Initially, the contract will for one year, with the possibility of extension on a yearly basis for up to two additional years, subject to satisfactory performance. The maximum duration of the contract will three years.

Action against Misconduct :
Candidates must provide accurate information without tampering, fabricating, or concealing facts. Engaging in such misconduct will result in disqualification and possible dismissal from IPPB’s services, even after selection. During interviews, any dishonest behaviour will treated seriously.
