LIC Housing Finance Limited is going to start accepting applications for its LIC HFL Vidyadhan Scholarship. The scheme is open from school students to college students until Post Graduation. LIC HFL Vidyadhan Scholarship is a CSR initiative of LIC HFL company to facilitate under-privileged students to study. Incorporated in 1989, LIC Housing Finance Ltd. (LICHFL) is one of the largest Housing Finance Companies in India with a key objective of providing long term finance to individuals for the purchase or construction of house/flat for residential purposes in India. The organization runs various social welfare programs which also include education-related initiatives.

LIC HFL Vidyadhan Scholarship 2024 is a CSR initiative of LIC Housing Finance Limited (LIC HFL) to support the education of underprivileged students in India. The scholarship programme aims to empower lower-income group students who are pursuing studies from Class 11 to postgraduation. Under this scholarship programme, students will receive financial assistance of up to INR 25,000 as per their level of education.

Eligibility to apply for LIC Vidyadhan Scholarship

1. Age: There is no minimum or maximum age criteria set for age requirements.
2. Citizenship: LIC HFL Vidyadhan Scholarship is open for only Indian citizens studying in Indian Schools/colleges.
3. Educational Qualification: School students need to be atleast in 8^th class of a recognised School. Further class 9^th , 10^th and 11^th students can also apply for scholarship. College students in UG or PG Courses of a recognised institution can also apply. Students need to score a minimum 65% in their previous class/course.
4. Financial: Candidates from Economically Weaker Sections of society whose family annual income is not more than 3.6 Lakhs can apply. Further orphans, disabled or girl students will get additional preference.
