COHSEM Class 12 (HSE) Result Manipur Board [cohsem.nic.in]
Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur is expected to release its 12th class results in the month of May 2024. Higher Secondary Examination also known as 12th class exam end on March 23 2024. Total 36,717 students appear in HSE Manipur exam this year exam. There were 24,513 from Science stream, 11,391 students from Arts and lowest participation from Commerce stream with around 813 students. HSE Manipur 2024 exam take place in 120 centres around the state. In 2023 exams concluded on April 1 and the results announce on May 22. HSE Manipur 2023 pass percentage stood at 88.68%. The results get uploaded on instantly on the official website.
The students can go to the official website of COHSEM and instantly click on the link of their results. They fill their details like DOB, roll number and get their detail marksheet. In the later months they can apply for re-evaluation and photocopy of answer sheets by paying respective fee.
About COHSEM
The Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur was established in the year 1992 under the provisions of the Manipur Higher Secondary Act, 1992 ( Manipur Act 4 of 1992). Prior to the establishment of the Council, the +2 courses in the state were conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur as Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate course in the Higher Secondary Schools and Pre-University course by the Manipur university in the College.
But, with the establishment of the Council ,the +2 courses of the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur and Manipur University were taken over and amalgamated into Higher Secondary course under the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur. The Council conducted the Higher Secondary Examination, 1993 as its first public examination in the state.

What is HSE Manipur?
Higher Secondary Examination are class 12th examination in Manipur. These are conducted by COHSEM (Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur). For class 10th the bard that conducts their examination is BOSE (Board of Secondary Education). In 12th class students choose from 3 stream i.e Arts, Commerce and Maths in which they take final exams. They start studying these subjects from class 11 and finally take their HSE exam after studying for two years.
The HSE Manipur Exams take place in the month of February and march every year. Then results get announce in a few weeks and then students apply for improvements and compartments exam. There is merit list that is announce at the time of results for toppers. There is no examination fee for this exam. The datesheet for exam is release on official website. The duration of HSE Manipur exam is 3 hours and is a pen and paper exam. Admit cards are released a few weeks before exams start. Students must carry the admit card with them to every exam.

Steps to apply for HSE Manipur improvement exam 2024
Students who don’t pass all or any one subject can easily apply for HSE improvement exams. Applications start in the month of June. Students don’t need to apply through online application.
Students can simply go to their school and submit the require documents and exam fee. Later they get an approval from their school. Then the exam takes place as normal as their earlier exam. They can check the results of the HSE Manipur compartment exam on official website like their original results. Improvement exam application expected to start in June 2024. The results for HSE Manipur improvement exam 2024 will release in July 2024.
