1. Citizenship/ Nativity: Applicants who is an Indian citizen are eligible to apply for MEDISEP card 2024. Moreover only  permanent residents of Kerala can apply for the service.
2. Age: There is no specific age limit for enrolling in MEDISEP ID Card

2. Navigate to status section in website menu.
3. Choose category of beneficiary (Employee/ Pensioner).
4. Click on employee ID number.
5. Verify by entering Date of Birth.

How to download MEDISEP Identity Card?

1. Visit web portal at kerela.gov.in.
2. Click on Login menu and select relevant department.
3. Use DDO code of office as username and DDO’s mobile number as password. Enter nearby code and click search button.
4. Enter employee’s PEN number on page and click search button.
5. If enrolled in MEDISEP, details such as MEDISEP ID, Aadhar Number, Name and Date of Birth will be displayed. Enter MEDISEP ID and proceed to home page.
6. Click on “Download Medcard” button. On next page, select “Beneficiary” under Account Type and enter MEDISEP ID and PEN number in respective columns. Click ‘Sign In’ button.
7. The subsequent page will show details including name, gender, date of birth, age, and policy status of employee, spouse and dependents.
8. Click on “Download Health Card” link to obtain PDF copy card containing employee, spouse and dependents’ details. This document can be presented digitally or in print during hospital admissions.
