My Gov Yoga Pledge Certificate, Quiz, Help Desk

Ministry of AYUSH introduce a new programme called My Gov Yoga pledge to encourage citizens to incorporate Yoga in their daily lives. The ministry also held a Yoga quiz available on the official website of My Gov Quiz. To prepare for  the upcoming occasion on International Yoga Day on 21 June 2024, Ayush Ministry is taking these interactive steps that will attract more and more people. This year marks a decade anniversary of International Yoga Day and the preparations are a proof of the ongoing excitement.

Yoga Pledge is an initiative of the ministry to motivate the citizens to take an immediate action towards adopting Yoga in their daily routine. Citizens can simply visit the official website of My Gov Pledge to take their MY Gov Yoga Pledge. Around 4 Lakh people already taken their Yoga Pledge. In this pledge the individual promises to integrate Yoga in their own life as well as their loved ones. They can download their My Yoga Pledge certificate after taking their pledge.

My Gov Quiz launches a new quiz called International Day of Yoga 2024 quiz in association with Ayush Ministry. The individual will simply register, answer 10 questions and will also get a digital certificate. My Gov Yoga Quiz is open until 30 June 2024.

About Ayush Ministry

AYUSH stands for Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy. These are the six Indian systems of medicine in India. It is a successor of The Department of Indian Systems of Medicine and Homeopathy (ISMH). Initially ISMH was established in 1995 under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare in 1995. What is My Gov Yoga Pledge

My Gov in an interactive platform created by NIC under MEITy which allows various ministries to engage with citizens. It collectively holds various programmes, quizzes and other activities for the citizens to participate in. Yoga Pledge is one of these interactive activities by the Ministry of Ayush.

Citizens can visit official website of My gov pledge to take their Yoga Pledge. They shall register themselves, take pledge and download their Yoga Pledge certificate. It is a digital assignment for the citizens to engage and get serious about doing Yoga to healthify their lives. My Gov Yoga Pledge close on 15 June 2024.

About My Gov Yoga Quiz

Ayush Ministry launch its Yoga Quiz on My Gov portal called as International Day of Yoga 2024 quiz. It is another interactive initiative to encourage citizens learn more about Yoga. They can participate in this quiz anytime and from anywhere. There are 10 questions and the duration of quiz is only 7.5 mins. The participant also get a digital certificate for participation in International Day of Yoga 2024 quiz.

The quiz open from 10 June 2024. Last date to participate in International Day of Yoga 2024 quiz is 30 June 2024.

Aim of My Gov Yoga Pledge and Quiz 2024

1. An advance reminder of International Yoga day 2024
2. A sincere pledge to take action and start incorporating Yoga in the daily routine of the person and their family.
3. Encourage citizens to participate in quiz and learn more about Yoga and its benefits.

How to take International Day of Yoga 2024 quiz?

1. Visit official website of My Gov quiz i.e quiz.mygov.in
2. On the option of International Day of Yoga 2024 quiz, click on Play.
3. Read the terms and conditions carefully and then click on Login to play quiz.
4. You can log in with OTP/ password or/Parichay account.
5. If you are not registered that you will redirect to create a new account on My Gov.
6. Enter your details and click on Create a new account. You will get OTP and Password on your registered mail and number to log in.
7. After clicking on Start your quiz you will enter your details for quiz.
8. Enter your email id, number, name, date of birth, state etc.
9. Click on Submit to start.
10. The quiz automatically ends after 10 mins. You can click on end quiz if you finish early.
11. Click on the option to download you e-certificate.

How to take My Gov Yoga Pledge?

1. Visit official website of My Gov Pledge i.e pledge.mygov.in
2. Click on Take pledge
3. Enter your basic details like name, date of birth
4. Click on Proceed for language selection.
5. Then Click on Read pledge
6. Finally click on Pledge.
7. Enter your OTP and Submit.
8. Download your Yoga through life programme certificate.
