Generate NEET Admit Card 2024 :

1. The Admit Card is provisionally issued to candidates, pending the fulfillment of eligibility conditions.
2. Candidates must download the Admit Card from the NTA website (https://neet.nta.nic.in/) and attend the Examination at the designated Center on the specified Date and time stated in their Admit Card.
3. No candidate shall permitted to appear at the Examination Center on a Date and Time other than that allotted in their Admit Card.
4. Should a candidate encounter difficulties downloading their Admit Card from the website, they may seek assistance from the Help Line between 10:00 am and 05:00 pm, or contact NTA via email at [email protected].
5. Candidates are strongly advised to carefully read and adhere to the instructions provided in this Information Bulletin and on the Admit Card during the examination process.
6. In the event of any discrepancies in the candidate’s particulars, photograph, or signatures as displayed in the Admit Card and Confirmation Page, the candidate should promptly contact the Help Line between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. Rechecking/Re-evaluation of Answer Sheets :

The machine-gradable Answer Sheets are carefully evaluated and thoroughly scrutinised. There’s no provision for rechecking/re-evaluation of answer sheets due to the following reasons:

  • OMRs are machine-gradable and evaluated through impartial software.
  • Candidates can raise concerns about OMR grading or challenge the answer key if needed.
  • No inquiries regarding rechecking/re-evaluation will entertained.

Eligibility for admission to Undergraduate Medical Courses :

  1. Candidates must achieve a minimum percentile in NEET UG based on their category.
  2. Must pass Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English individually in the qualifying examination.
  3. Minimum marks required in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology are 50% for general category and 40% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL.
  4. Additional criteria for BUMS and BSMS courses regarding language requirements.
  5. Candidates from Open School or as private candidates are not eligible for NEET.
  6. Provisional eligibility for candidates awaiting qualifying examination results.
  7. Criteria for minimum qualifying marks also apply to concerned Institutes of National Importance (INIs).

Tie-breaking criteria for NEET (UG) 2024:

  1. Higher marks/percentile score in Biology, followed by Chemistry, then Physics.
  2. Lesser proportion of incorrect answers compared to correct answers in all subjects.
