You are a part-year Oregon resident. Your gross income from all sources earned or received while you were an Oregon resident and your gross income from Oregon sources while you were a nonresident are more than what is defined in Part-year chart. ->  You must file an Oregon income tax return. Download Form OR-40-P instructions.
You are a nonresident. Your income from Oregon sources is more than what is defined in the nonresident chart. ->  You must file an Oregon income tax return. Download Form OR-40-N instructions.

  1. Submit your 2022 Oregon tax return before filing your 2023 return.

How to file a property tax appeal ?
