Job Profile of RCFL MTs
| MTs (Disciplines) | Features |
| MTs (Chemical) | Responsible for carrying out operational work like quality testing, monitoring process, surveillance and handling of risky materials. Analyse, improve and optimise data related to products. |
| (Mechanical) | This is mainly related to equipment and assets functioning of the plant. These engineers will ensure that all boilers, compressors etc are working smoothly. |
| (Electrical,) | MTs (Electrical) will take care of the electricity and power supply of the plant. They will monitor and optimise the power consumption. They will ensure all connections, instruments are safe and sound. |
| (Instrumentation) | These are engineers who play a major role in operations within two stations. They handle the programmes and processes that go on in the place like the SCADA, DCS and other Real-Time Management Systems. They also monitor the entire chain and operations in the plant. Ensure all processes are taking place smoothly. |
| (Civil) | MTs (Civil) mainly develops plans related to the projects. Draw the specifications, scope and other requirements of a project for other disciplines to work on. They also undertake the work of standardization of the technical specifications and control equipment. |
| (Fire) | Fire engineer will undertake Fire and Safety planning for the plant. They shall ensure there is full emergency plan in place at all times. Regular monitoring and test runs of emergency equipment. |
| (Marketing) | MTs(Marketing) will carry out marketing and promotion activities for the company. They will monitor the product, price, promotion and its positioning among the customers. Most importantly it will establish a link between the entity and public. |
| (HR) | These are individuals who strictly handle the employees of the organisation. They carry out discussions, seminars, training sessions for the employees. They give their insights on policies, rules and motivation tools for the employees. HR officers also maintain a code of conduct and discipline within the organisation. |

- Citizenship– Candidates who are citizen of India from any state is eligible to apply for RCFL MTs recruitment 2024.
