Service Selection Commission (SSC) release its admit card for CHSL (Tier 1) exam on 23rd June 2024. Candidates who applied for the Combine High Secondary Level exam 2024 can download their admit card from official website of SSC. There are total 3712 vacancies in SSC CHSL recruitment 2024. It is a centralised recruitment for the post of Data Entry Operator, Lower Division Clerks, Junior Secretariat Assistant etc. They Pay scale for SSC CHSL varies from Scale-2 to Scale-4 i.e between a range of 19,000-81,000. About SSC CSHL
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is a statutory body which conducts recruitment for various departments and ministries of India. It is a center level recruitment body which conducts recruitment for Group-B and C level and more posts. Some of the main exams conducted by SSC are CGL, MTS, JE, Selection Post and CHSL.
Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) recruitment is for Junior Division Clerks, Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) and Data Entry Operator (DEO) officers etc. These posts are for individuals between the age of 18 to 27 years old. The selection for SSC CHSL takes place on the basis of merit from the exams and physical eligibility Test. There are 2 tiers of SSC CHSL exam which is in CBT mode. Exam fee of SSC CHSL is Rs 100 and minimum qualification is 12th pass from a recognised board.
Eligibility for SSC CSHL recruitment
- Citizenship– Candidate who is a a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal, or a subject of Bhutan etc are eligible to apply for SSC CSHL recruitment 2024.
- Age– Minimum age to apply for SSC CSHL recruitment is 18 years. Maximum age to apply for CSHL recruitment is 27 years. There are certain age relaxations available for people from special categories like Ex-Servicemen, SC/ST, PwD, Divorced women etc

- Visit official website of SSC i.e ssc.gov.in
- On the homepage, you’ll find steps to fill in the ‘One-Time Registration’ form. Click ‘Continue’ to proceed and reach the personal details screen.
- Fill personal details like name, Aadhaar number, father’s name, date of birth. Click on Save & Next.
- After successful verification of mobile and email OTP, clicking the ‘Save & Next’ button will store the ‘Personal Details’.
- Enter your registration number and Password and click on Sign in. Set your password.
- Log in with your new details and enter your additional information. Enter your Nationality, Contact, identification etc.
- Click on the declaration to agree to the terms and conditions. Your SSC OTR registration is now complete.
How to apply for SSC CHSL 2024?
- Log in with your SSC OTR ID and password.
- Click ‘Apply’ link in Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination 2024 Section under ‘Latest Notifications’ tab.
- Upload your application documents like Photograph, signature etc
- Click on declaration to agree to terms and conditions.
- Pay application fee for SSC CHSL 2024 with your preferred mode.
- Your SSC CHSL application is now successfully submit.
