All those who are registered with various YSR schemes of AP government like YSR Cheyutha, YSR Rythu Bharosa etc shall expect their February payment Instalment to disburse anytime soon now. There are total 9 schemes under Navratnalu Welfare Plan of AP government. These schemes include YSR Rythu Bharosa, Arogyasri, Jalayagnam, Ban on Alchohol, Amma Vodi, YSR Asara/ YSR Cheyutha, Paydalandariki illu and Pension Pempu. Financial assistance of Rs. 15,000/-  to mothers for children education.

YSR Asara/ YSR Cher Loans of Women Cooperative Societies would pay to them directly in four instalments.

0% interest loans issued to the women and the interest will be borne by the government to the bankers.

Paydalandariki illu Housing for all home less poor families irrespective of parties, cast, religion, category. 25 lakhs houses to be constructed in 5 years.

What is YSR Rythu Bharosa?

YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme is one of the 9 Navratna Schemes of AP government. It is in collaboration with PM-KISAN Yojana for farmers of the state. YSR Rythu Bharosa extends Rs 13,500 per annum to famers of the state. Out of this amount Rs 6,000 is contribution of centre government (PM-KISAN) and rest is from State government. The payment of YSR Rythu bharosa scheme disburses in 3 instalments each year.

  1. Citizenship: The farmer must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh and a permanent citizen of India.
  2. Educational Qualification: Farmers do not need any particular qualification to become eligible for the scheme.

2.      For landless farmers
Area requirement The farmer or their family member shall not own any piece of agricultural land. However they may take land on lease.

  1. Village volunteer of each village shall identify eligible farmers for YSR Rythu Bharosa.
  2. They shall conduct a background check and send information to Revenue Officials.
  3. The Revenue officials further prepare final list of beneficiaries under YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme and submit it to government authorities.
  4. A district wise beneficiary list is uploaded by authorities on official website of Rythu Bharosa.
  5. Farmers shall download the list and check their name. If their name is in the list then they shall take further action.

What is YSR Cheyutha?

YSR Cheyutha is a scheme to empower the women from weaker sections of society to uplift their financial and social status in the society. It is an initiative of Department of Panchayati Raj and Rural Development of Andhra Pradesh. YSR Cheyutha Scheme targets women between the age of 45-60 years from SC, ST, BC or other minority communities. The scheme through various welfare corporations extends a sum of Rs 75,000 to women in 4 phases within a duration of 4 years. YSR Cheyutha amount is released in 4 equal instalements i.e Rs 18,750 each in 4 years. It is a type of pension scheme for women who are not already a beneficiary of YSR Pension Kanuka Scheme.

  4. Financial background: The annual income of applicant shall not exceed Rs 12,000 per month in Urban areas and Rs 10,000 per month in Rural areas.
  • Total land holding of the family should be less than 3.00 Acres of Wet Land OR 10 Acres of Dry Land OR 10 Acres of Land put together for this purpose.
  • The family of the candidate shall not own any four-wheeler.
  • Monthly consumption of the house is less than 300 units
  • The woman or any member in their family doesn’t pay income tax as their income is below minimum tax bracket
