All those who are registered with various YSR schemes of AP government like YSR Cheyutha, YSR Rythu Bharosa etc shall expect their February payment Instalment to disburse anytime soon now. There are total 9 schemes under Navratnalu Welfare Plan of AP government. These schemes include YSR Rythu Bharosa, Arogyasri, Jalayagnam, Ban on Alchohol, Amma Vodi, YSR Asara/ YSR Cheyutha, Paydalandariki illu and Pension Pempu. Jalayagnam	Jalayagnam dream projects of late Dr YSR to be completed. Polavaram, Poolasubbayya, Veligonda and other projects to be completed in war footing basis. Safe water for drinking and water for cultivation to be provided. Ponds to be modernized to improve water tables.
Ban on Alchohol	Ban on Alcohol  implemented in three stages. Alcohol use limit to 5 star hotels only.
Amma Vodi	Mothers of poor families need not worry about children education. Financial assistance of Rs. 15,000/-  to mothers for children education.
YSR Asara/ YSR Cher	Loans of Women Cooperative Societies would pay to them directly in four instalments. 0% interest loans issued to the women and the interest will be borne by the government to the bankers. YSR Chevuta to be provided to BC, SC, ST, Minority women.
Paydalandariki illu	Housing for all home less poor families irrespective of parties, cast, religion, category. 25 lakhs houses to be constructed in 5 years. House sites provided to house less poor people along with registration and construction. Registration  on the name of female persons in the house at time of hand over.
Pension Pempu	Pension age limit  decreased to 60 from 65 years. Senior citizen pension to  gradually increase to Rs. 3000/-. Rs. 3000/- pensions for Differently abled persons.

 

What is YSR Rythu Bharosa?

YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme is one of the 9 Navratna Schemes of AP government. It is in collaboration with PM-KISAN Yojana for farmers of the state. YSR Rythu Bharosa extends Rs 13,500 per annum to famers of the state. Out of this amount Rs 6,000 is contribution of centre government (PM-KISAN) and rest is from State government. The payment of YSR Rythu bharosa scheme disburses in 3 instalments each year.

Benefits of YSR Rythu Bharosa

1. Extending relief amount of Rs 13,500 to eligible farmers who own or don’t own land.
2. Crop insurance on behalf of farmers by government.
3. Interest-free crop loan to credible farmers.
4. 9 hours free electricity supply to farmers and free bore-wells facility
5. Farmers in Aquaculture shall get electricity at rate of Rs 1.50 per unit.
6. Full waive off of Toll Tax and Road tax for agricultural tractors.
7. YSR Bima worth Rs 7 Lakh to cover accidental death or suicide by farmers.

Eligibility for YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme

1. Citizenship: The farmer must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh and a permanent citizen of India.
2. Educational Qualification: Farmers do not need any particular qualification to become eligible for the scheme.

How to register for YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme?

1. Village volunteer of each village shall identify eligible farmers for YSR Rythu Bharosa.
2. They shall conduct a background check and send information to Revenue Officials.
3. The Revenue officials further prepare final list of beneficiaries under YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme and submit it to government authorities.
4. A district wise beneficiary list is uploaded by authorities on official website of Rythu Bharosa.
5. Farmers shall download the list and check their name. If their name is in the list then they shall take further action.

7. Click on Log in option and enter your e-karshak username and password.
8. Enter your Katha Number in the search box and your details will show in the screen.

What is YSR Cheyutha?

YSR Cheyutha is a scheme to empower the women from weaker sections of society to uplift their financial and social status in the society. It is an initiative of Department of Panchayati Raj and Rural Development of Andhra Pradesh. YSR Cheyutha Scheme targets women between the age of 45-60 years from SC, ST, BC or other minority communities. The scheme through various welfare corporations extends a sum of Rs 75,000 to women in 4 phases within a duration of 4 years. YSR Cheyutha amount is released in 4 equal instalements i.e Rs 18,750 each in 4 years. It is a type of pension scheme for women who are not already a beneficiary of YSR Pension Kanuka Scheme.

Eligibility for YSR Cheyutha Scheme

1. Citizenship: the aspiring women shall be a resident of Andhra Pradesh and a permanent citizen of India.
2. Age: The age of women shall fall within 45-60years old.
3. Category: Women who belong to SC,ST, BC or any other minority community can apply for YSR Cheyutha scheme.
4. Financial background: The annual income of applicant shall not exceed Rs 12,000 per month in Urban areas and Rs 10,000 per month in Rural areas.

• Total land holding of the family should be less than 3.00 Acres of Wet Land OR 10 Acres of Dry Land OR 10 Acres of Land put together for this purpose.
• The family of the candidate shall not own any four-wheeler.
• Monthly consumption of the house is less than 300 units
• The woman or any member in their family doesn’t pay income tax as their income is below minimum tax bracket

2. Enter your adhaar number and verify it with OTP
3. Fill your information like name, address, age etc.
4. Upload required documents.
5. Submit your application and your application is complete.
6. You can check the status of your application by clicking on NBM application status.
7. Once the authorities verify the information. They will upload list of beneficiaries for YSR Cheyutha scheme.
8. Once your application is accepted you become eligible to receive instalments in your bank account.
